Breakfast, is served from 8.30 am till 10.00 am, a generous meal with bread, viennoiseries, a selection of cakes or fouace, homemade jams, honey, organic yogurts from the region, fruit, orange juice and hot drinks (tea, coffee or hot chocolate).
Table d’hôtes : A special moment in the evening. First we have a drink around the bar or on the terrace. Then we all join the table to enjoy Annette’s delicious dishes. She loves cooking and will only use quality ingredients, herbs and fresh vegetable from our garden or local products.
A few examples to make your mouth water:
Aumonière with pear and Roquefort cheese, Beetroot petals with creamy goat’s cheese, Duck breast with honey and thyme, fillet of cod with lime, oregano and Espelette pepper.
We also have a selection of freshly made desserts including apple and rhubarb crumble, chocolate fondant and panna cotta.
From the wine list, Alain will propose you a selection of wines from the region.
La table d’hôte, served certains days of the week on reservation, includes an aperitif, starter, main course, cheese and dessert.

Outside the summer season, we serve a “Table d’Hôte” menu in the weekend, on request.
Plateau repas. Outside of high season, when there is no Table d’Hôte, we are happy to serve a tray with home-made charcuterie, local cheese, farçous & salad, fruit, bread and wine either in the dining room, on the terrace or in your room.
Bistrot Le Muret In summer, you can also dine at our “Bistrot” at a 300m distance.
